Yes, each article is checked to ensure your content is 100% unique.
Yes, each order is reviewed by at least one editor before delivery.
We cannot give out our writers' contact information, but you are always encouraged to provide detailed instructions with your order. If you forget to include something or would like to make changes to these instructions, please let us know and we will pass the word along.
Yes, we are happy to arrange private orders at your request.
We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Orders are processed using a credit card (through Stripe) by default, but if you'd prefer to pay via PayPal or check, please reach out to us directly.
You should be charged for your order immediately after placing it.
In the (unlikely!) case that you are not satisfied with an article, you are allowed to request one revision. Just let us know what needs changing - we'll make your requested edits as soon as possible (and at no additional cost).
Articles can be copied directly from the site, but we can deliver them in Word documents, Excel sheets, or make other arrangements if needed. (We're also planning to build a RESTful API you can use to develop your own content delivery system!) If you would like HTML tags placed in the article, please specify this in your order's instructions.
Nope, they are yours and yours alone.
All you have to do is ask! We can take a general topic and break it down into as many orders as you please.
Yes, please contact us directly to arrange this - if you create a new author account for your site, we're happy to post the articles ourselves.
